COBA was instrumental in establishing Oklahoma laws supporting breastfeeding in 2004 and 2006. Since the 2011 Surgeon General’s Call to Action to Support Breastfeeding, organizations belonging to the United States Breastfeeding Committee, including COBA, have increased their collective impact to protect, promote, and support breastfeeding in the United States. Efforts are underway to improve coverage for breastfeeding support and equipment. Join COBA to keep informed about how to make a difference in Oklahoma and in your community!
